The first week of 7th grade was fabulous! The students were bright and respectful, and I had a blast beginning to get to know them. I expect that this year, I will have a wonderful teaching experience with my 2012-2013 young scholars. I did learn that I might need flash cards to learn all of their names, though. Remarkably, I had no lows.
The first week of school was great for me because i had a lot of my friends in my clases and my teachers are very fun and nice. i expect this year to be amazing and i will be able to learn many things. i had a lot of highs like my classes and the teachers. surprisingly i had no lows. S.S.
myn first week of 7th grade went very well! I like all of my teachers and enjoy most of my classes. I am very excited about doing the team 21 program again! I have learned that the 7th grade teachers exspect more then the 6th grasde teachers do and. my high was getting to my teachers and my classmates. My low was tyhat I am still a little upset summer is over!!
My first week of 7th grade is kind of what i expected! Rules , lectures and introductions! It was fun to see alll me friends! One of the highs were that it went by fast so... it wasn't boring! One of the lows were LUNCH! It is so... LATE!!! Gladley , I made new friends and all the teachers are nice,fun,and energetic! My fears are what every stident sometimes fears... FAILING! I hope though this year all my hard work ( will once again ) pay off!
My first week of 7th grade was suprisingly awesome. My low's were going over the rules over and over again. I also disliked in each class going over what we were going to learn. My high's were meeting all of my techers and seeing all ofmy friends. My fear going into seventh grade was that nobody i knew was going to be in my class.
My first week was fun. The teachers are really nice. There were no lows. The discipline lesson will carry me through this school year. My fears are that we will get alot of homework. My expected sucesses would be writing good stories in LA. S.P.
I had an absolutely amazing first week! My highs were that I love all my teachers, I made new friends, and I had a lot of fun! The low, we had to listen to directions and rules and it got pretty boring at times! One lesson I learned that I can use throughout the year is that I need to be careful about my friends and who to trust! Surprisingly, I had no fears! My expected success is to do well in all my classes and to get good grades! I'm aiming for all A's this year!!
my frist week of seventh grade was really fun. ilove all my class. one thing i really like is lunch because i get to talk to all my friends. my fear for seventh grade is getting a bad grade or getting into trouble.
My first week of 7th grade was good. I liked that we got to sit wherever we wanted at lunch. Also, p.e. was fun. I learned a lot in all of my classes, especially spanish. I think that it will be a great year, and I will learn a lot.
my first week of seventh grade was good because we barely did anything, the only low I can think of is waking up earlier than usual. the one lesson I learned was to be organized and do homework the first time and not wait till the end.my only concern is that I might not be able to keep up with some stuff and I'll get disorganized. I believe if I can keep everything organized I will end the year with all A's! -s thornton

I have made new friends in all of my classes. I have done fun labs and fun games. Lunch is kind of late though. I really like the members on my team and teachers their fun. alex c

Some of the highs were seeing my friends again, meeting some new people, and getting to know my teachers for this year. One of the lows was the pre-tests in all of the classes. The one lesson that I have learned this year and i will keep for the rest of the year is to work hard at everything that I do this year. M. Lundin

The first week of seventh grade,for me, was very interesting.At the beginning of the week i was having a very hard time making friends,but after a while i started to get used to it.in the middle of the weekwe actually started to learn.i had a very good end of the week, all i was doing on friday was looking forward to the weeknd.I have a feeling that this will be a great year.
My first week of seventh grade was great! I really like how we have a different teacher for every single academic instead of only having two teachers like last year. My two connections are Band and Latin. My favorite out of both of them is band because I reallly enjoy playing the trumpet.I think the food here is better than in my elementary school.The only thing I dislike about seventh grade is how long the school day is.I feel like we have to be here for an extra hour everyday. I think this is going to be a very good school year at North Gwinnett Middle School!

the first week was ok .the highs are im on the top of the school the lows are that i get little to no sleep.the saying thats getting me throgh the year is becraetive and your self and you'll get throught the year great.
the first week of 7th grade was pretty good it was better than i expected the teachers were very nice . the bad thing is you have tto be super quite. i learned that treat others the way you would want to be treated. My fear will be L.A..

My high were normal, because I didn't really expect a difference from 7th or 6th. I Didn't have any lows. I learned to be quiet more which is making everything more smooth. my first week of school was great i got great teachers, most of my friends where in my class, and i got a locker that was my height. the only lows i got was we got our textbooks.I learned more about the scientific method with ms.beckwith. one of my fears is will i be able to fit everything into my locker? one expected success is that i will study hard. ~MM
it was good.I ended up having all my friend my classes.I had a great time in guitar and pe and i got into the rhythm of my classes and geting to know people here the table i sit at for la is so much fun and i am excited for your skit. In ss i sit with all of my friends at the table snack pack and Wesley scinence we break for lunch and go back in the middle not excited for disection.In math i sit in the back with my friends and it going really well i am sad that summer is over. The first week of seventh grade went well for me. I am getting to know more people and I am liking Team 21 so far. My highlight was Latin class, however. No lows stick out, although I am worried about band because I am kind of behind.

The first week of school was fantastic. I was able to meet up with all my friends and talk with them at lunch. It was great to make new friends. A high is the materials that we are taught. We are taught with enthusiasim. I excepted school to be boring, but it's not. A low is that we eat lunch so late, but it's nice to see my friends again.
My first week of school was a blast! My techers are amazing and I knnow they will tech me a lot. My highs were that i met new techers and am well prepared. My lows were that i didnt have any or many of my friends in my class. i expect to get all A's, do my best, ang stay ORGANIZED. I hope I will get all As on my tests. So far my favorite class is lunch. Lunch, Lunch, lunch, lunch. I like all of my classes and teachers. I think this will be a great year, especially Lunch. I hope our projects will be fun with lots of edible stuff on them. This is going to be a good year.
I had a great first week of school. I learned lots of new names and a whole new floor of the NGMS building. We did lots of fun activities and name games. On the down side, I had homework and had to go to bed early. I am scared of the drama and the hard cirriculum this year. I have some great friends and teachers so I hope that does not become two much of a problem. I really hope I do well in this seventh grade year. K.G.

my first week of school was great i got alot of my friends in my classes. i thought it was going to be alot of boring lectures and rules. we did have some rules but not as many as i thought. i have great connections and lots of great teachers. i had only have one low. that is how fast the homework came. other than than the homework, it is all fun and games.......so far. I thought it would be like last year where we would have one teacher that would teach two academics, but it turned out that there is a teacher fo every academic even latin. i like how in band we got to play the first day of school.

School is fun because being at hame is boring. Although school is sometimes boring it is overall pretty fun. My favorite class is PE. You dont learn anything and most of the time you just run around pointlessly. I think school is going to be fun.

I feel the first week of middle school went by fast, and alot was accomplished. The highs were French, ss, and ELA, because I really like those subjects. I don't hate math, but I'm not crazy about it either. Science I like a lot. The lows, well the only low I have is the fact that my dad makes me do 4 hours of homework every day of the weekend. I had a great first week. I learned that in order to understand somehting, you might need to ask for help. I got to see alot of my friends, and also got a chance to meet some new friends. I had many highs,and to my shock, I had no lows!

In my 1st week of 7th grade, time seemed to fly! It wasn't very long before the weekend- which a good thing. The one thing that will take forever to get used to is waking up in the morning! My favorite part of the week was restarting guitar. I played all summer, so that was fun. On the first day my schedule was all wrong, so on the second day, I got to be with all my friends! ~Elly:)

i loved thr 1st week of school. I met a lot of new friends and i saw my friends from last year too. i met new teachers and i also met new teachers and they are very fun and nice. we get a lot of homework but they give us homework because we need to study for test. i was so happy going back to my old connections like orchestra and gym. i had very fun this 1st week and i look forward to the rest of the year. 1 lesson i learned over the summer is to never procrasinate. if you procrasinate it causes a lot of stress and trouble. i look forward to this year. - S.L

Seventh grade has been really fun! I love all my teachers, they are very unique and fun! The classwork isn't boring at all; it's very interesting! I really liked the improvements like the cell phone policy and how we do different stuff this year. There wasn't really anything bad about the first week. I know that I really am going to enjoy 7th grade.
My first week of seventh grade wasn't off to a great start. I wasn't at this school last year so I only knew a few people and i didn't know my way around the school. Slowly but surely, my week got better. I met new people and even though I'm still not sure how to gett everywhere in the school, i have a pretty good idea of where things are. One lesson i learned last week is to branch out and just be yourself because then you will meet new people. This lesson will help me throughout the year because it's always good to meet new people. My first week of 7th grade was enjoyable. I got to see my friends and do some fun activities. Social studies, LA, and band were all my favorite classes and the best parts of my day. I was and am still tired a lot of the day because im not used to waking up at 7:30, and I always go to sleep late. I am enjoying 7th grade and will continue to do so.

Super cool, my first week of 7th grade was. To do a bunch of cool stuff I got, but pretty dull, the first 1 or 2 days were. All, to do was listen and in band, got I, maybe play a few notes on the instrument. Pretty cool, wednesday through friday was, though. Social studies, my favorite classes are, language arts, and band. Hmmmmmm. Yoda
The first week of school has been better than expected, and it seems as if the good trend is continuing. I think the most memorable thing yet has been the color test. While the lunches are a little messed up, all my teachers are very nice. I have high hopes for this year.

As for lows, there's just the late lunch and me being sweeper the first week. It doesn't take long to get used to the four man team, and I like all my teachers. Overall, I had a decent first week of school.The highs I have include PE, science labs and SS project.The lows I have are that this grade is busier than last year and I have a lot more studying to do. I currently do not have any fears. My hope for this year is achieving all A's.I have made many more friends, learned my way around a new floor, and am ready for a brand new year. James Geum

The first week of seventh grade,for me, was very interesting.At the beginning of the week i was having a very hard time making friends,but after a while i started to get used to it.in the middle of the weekwe actually started to learn.i had a very good end of the week, all i was doing on friday was looking forward to the weeknd.I have a feeling that this will be a great year.
ReplyDeleteMy first week of seventh grade was great! I really like how we have a different teacher for every single academic instead of only having two teachers like last year. My two connections are Band and Latin. My favorite out of both of them is band because I reallly enjoy playing the trumpet.I think the food here is better than in my elementary school.The only thing I dislike about seventh grade is how long the school day is.I feel like we have to be here for an extra hour everyday. I think this is going to be a very good school year at North Gwinnett Middle School!

my first week of school was great i got great teachers, most of my friends where in my class, and i got a locker that was my height. the only lows i got was we got our textbooks.I learned more about the scientific method with ms.beckwith. one of my fears is will i be able to fit everything into my locker? one expected success is that i will study hard.

We are taught with enthusiasim. I excepted school to be boring, but it's not. A low is that we eat lunch so late, but it's nice to see my friends again.

On the down side, I had homework and had to go to bed early. I am scared of the drama and the hard cirriculum this year. my first week of school was great i got alot of my friends in my classes. i thought it was going to be alot of boring lectures and rules. we did have some rules but not as many as i thought. i have great connections and lots of great teachers. i had only have one low. that is how fast the homework came. other than than the homework, it is all fun and games.......so far.

The one thing that will take forever to get used to is waking up in the morning! My favorite part of the week was restarting guitar. I played all summer, so that was fun. On the first day my schedule was all wrong, so on the second day, I got to be with all my friends!

My first week of seventh grade wasn't off to a great start. I wasn't at this school last year so I only knew a few people and i didn't know my way around the school. Slowly but surely, my week got better. I met new people and even though I'm still not sure how to gett everywhere in the school, i have a pretty good idea of where things are.

All, to do was listen and in band, got I, maybe play a few notes on the instrument. Pretty cool, wednesday through friday was, though.
